CT (Computed Tomography)

CT scans use x-rays to produce detailed pictures of the body to establish diagnosis. CT imaging can look at areas from head to toe. Our scanners will produce the best images while keeping radiation exposure low in accordance with our image wisely and image gently pledges. You will be placed in a big donut looking machine and exams typically take no longer than 15-45 seconds to complete although the entire process from check in to completion may be a bit longer. Some exams require contrast and you will be appropriately instructed if contrast is needed for your study.  We are committed to produce the highest quality imaging while keeping safety of patients and coworkers in mind.
